A reflection of calm, serenity and stillness with a nod to the Haitian masters. I spent a lot of time developing a palette of soft gentle colours and when I look at my lady lounging on her chaise I want to jump into the canvas, push her off and have a little time to chill myself. I can even hear the birds chirping in the garden beyond the French doors and that is without a drink!
